Shared Ministry (volunteering) is the life-long opportunity and responsibility for baptized Christians to share their special gifts and talents with the world. Lumen Christi Catholic Community helps us to realize our baptismal call by extending an invitation to participate in our many ministries.

All adult volunteers who have contact with minors must:
1. Complete a criminal background check through the parish or school office.
2. Attend a VIRTUS training. Register at www.virtus.org.
3. Sign a Code of Conduct.

All middle school or high school volunteers who have contact with children must:
1. Submit two letters of recommendation from adults who know them well and are not relatives
(teachers, coaches, neighbors, etc)
2. Sign a Code of Conduct.
